We are looking to hire a Sr Growth & Demand Gen Marketer with experience in scaling SaaS products in their 1-10 journey.
This is an in-office role, based in Bangalore, India.
The Role:
You will define and execute the growth strategy to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and upsell.
You will build and lead a dynamic team to propel Peoplebox expansion and market penetration.
You will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to accelerate qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Hire, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear growth goals .
- Work with internal and external teams to improve SEO, increase organic traffic and MQLs.
- Lead the Growth team, focusing on performance marketing, including Google Adwords & listing ads, conversion rate optimization, and out-of-the-box growth strategies to build qualified pipeline.
- Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) to generate, distribute, and report on leads.
- Creating, managing, and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, social, inbound marketing, newsletters and Events to drive lead generation.
About You:
- Rich experience of growth marketing in a SaaS company, preferably leading 1-10 journey.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and blogging software features.
- HTML/CSS, Canva hands-on experience is an advantage.
- Expertise in SEO/ SEM, Google Analytics.
- Experience with Google Adwords and other performance marketing.
- Worked on Events marketing to drive consistent growth.
- Creative thinker and problem solver.
- Data-driven and research-oriented.
