Senior SEO Manager - Digital Marketing (8-15 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities:

1- Lead and Support SEO Analysts: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of SEO analysts, providing the guidance, resources, and support needed to excel in their roles.

2- Team Performance Management: Set clear goals, monitor progress, track utilization rates, and report regularly on team contributions and achievements.

3- Optimize Operational Workflows: Evaluate and refine team workflows to ensure the efficient execution and high-quality delivery of SEO tasks, including content updates, keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO enhancements.

4- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with editorial and production teams to ensure content aligns with both user needs and search engine optimization best practices.

5- Manage SEO Support Operations: Oversee the operation of an "SEO help desk" to provide timely and actionable SEO insights and assistance to internal stakeholders.

6- Dashboard Maintenance and Reporting: Help maintain Looker dashboards and deliver regular insights and recommendations to brand SEO managers and other stakeholders.

7-Perform Ad Hoc SEO Analysis: Utilize tools such as SEMRush, Sistrix, Ahrefs, and Search Console to conduct analyses that uncover opportunities, address issues, and support data-driven decisions.

8- Enhance Efficiency and Technology: Identify and implement workflow improvements and technological solutions to maximize the efficiency and impact of the SEO team.

9- Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor SEO trends, competitor strategies, and emerging best practices to identify new opportunities and proactively prepare for industry challenges.
