Pentair is looking to hire for a Talent Acquisition professional on yearly contract to support hiring need for technical and non-technical roles.

Roles and Responsibilities:

A Talent Acquisition professional is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a companys long-term goals. Major responsibilities including following but not limited to :

Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs

Determine selection criteria

Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews

Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System (Workday)

Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements

Lead employer branding initiatives

Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events

Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department

Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Must have exposure to HR Generalist activities

Qualifications/Skills:

Graduate with 3-5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.

Recruiting and interviewing skills

Should have excellent Communication Skills.

Working Knowledge of allthe job portals like Naukri,Linkedin etc..

Knowledge of MS Office is must.
