Associate Vice President/Vice President - Finance (7-10 yrs)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to join our team as AVP/VP - Finance.

This role offers a unique opportunity to drive financial performance, strategy, and growth within our organization.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our financial vision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.

- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

- Oversee accounting, taxation, compliance, and regulatory requirements.

- Develop and implement policies, systems, and procedures to enhance financial efficiency and transparency.

- Manage cash flow, investments, and risk management strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business goals and objectives.

- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports.

- Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.

Requirements:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

- CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification is highly desirable.

- 7+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing financial operations in a large organization.

- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and corporate governance.

- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
