As a key player in our team, you'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to influence product strategy and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for product and business decisions.

- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business trends.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to identify data-driven opportunities.

- Implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to forecast trends and improve decision-making.

- Perform A/B testing to evaluate the impact of new features and strategies.

- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by establishing robust data governance practices.

- Stay updated with emerging data analytics tools and techniques to drive innovation.

Requirements :

- 4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

- Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python or R.

- Strong understanding of database management and ETL processes.

- Expertise in analyzing customer behavior and product performance metrics.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Knowledge of travel or e-commerce analytics is a plus.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics and data warehousing solutions (e.g, Snowflake, Big Query).
