Job Description :

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, and business teams to gather, document, and analyze requirements.

You will provide data-driven insights, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment between the product vision and business goals.

Your role will involve deep analysis of business processes, user journeys, and market trends to drive informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into detailed technical specifications.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

- Define and document use cases, user stories, process flows, and wireframes.

- Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and data-driven insights to support business decisions.

- Monitor the progress of development to ensure requirements are implemented as intended.

- Collaborate with QA teams to validate that solutions meet business needs and functionality requirements.

- Analyze product performance and key metrics post-launch to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements :

Must-Have :

- Experience : 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a technology or product-driven environment.

- Documentation : Proficient in creating detailed requirements documentation, user stories, and process flows.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.

- Collaboration : Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams.

- Tools : Proficiency with business analysis tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and Visio.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications.

Preferred :

- Agile Methodology : Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and working in a Scrum environment.

- SQL/BI Tools : Basic knowledge of SQL or other business intelligence tools to extract and analyze data.

- Domain Expertise : Prior experience in the travel or e-commerce domain is a plus
