Role Description :
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Analyst at InfoAxon Technologies Limited in Noida.
As a BA working on digital transformation projects, you will work and negotiate directly with the client stakeholders to scope the requirements and analyze and transform business objectives into a backlog of user stories to be delivered by the project and technical team.
Constantly manage client expectations on release scope.
You must have experience delivering digital transformation solutions and understand the complexities of technical and user experience-driven scalable digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with insurance customers to elicit requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into detailed documentation.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and functional Specifications Documents (FSD) and create detailed user stories.
- Use JIRA to create, manage, and maintain user stories and work breakdown structure.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and properly implemented.
- Create UML diagrams (such as Use Case, Sequence, and Activity diagrams) to communicate requirements and workflows effectively.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to identify functional and non-functional requirements.
- Map end-to-end digital buying journeys for insurance customers, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the buying process, validations, and rules.
- Ensure alignment with insurance product constructs, rules, validations, and regulatory requirements.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by creating test scenarios and validating implementation against requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Should be a B.Tech/BE/MCA
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the insurance domain.
- A degree in Business Administration / Certification in Business Analysis is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, developers, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with digital buying journeys in the insurance sector, including customer onboarding and fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, constructs, rules, and validations.
- Should be able to test APIs during the initial phase of requirements gathering.
- Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Lucid Charts, Confluence, or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience creating BRD, FSD, and user stories in JIRA.
- Ability to create detailed UML diagrams (Use Case, Sequence, Activity) for complex processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Experience with agile methodologies and working in agile teams
