Business Analyst (3-5 yrs)

Job Summary :

- We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Analyst with experience in SaaS and e-commerce products.

- In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and enhancement of our product offerings, ensuring they meet customer needs and align with our strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy: Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap for SaaS and e-commerce solutions.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure successful product launches.

User Experience: Advocate for user-centered design principles to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.

Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates and gathering feedback throughout the product lifecycle.

Agile Methodology: Lead agile product development processes, facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS and e-commerce.

- Strong understanding of product management methodologies and tools (e.g, JIRA, Confluence).

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with user experience design principles and customer feedback processes.
