About the Company:
WBB GigTaxes is a specialized division of MYCPE ONE, dedicated to providing tax filing services specifically for gig workers in the US. This is joint venture between MYCPE ONE and A to Z Tax and Financial Services combines industry expertise to support the growing gig economy by ensuring high-quality, reliable tax services. Our team operates at the intersection of innovation and client service, utilizing a dynamic, digital-first approach to meet the unique needs of gig workers across the US.
Role Summary:
- The Business Lead for WBB GigTaxes will be responsible for managing and scaling our new tax filing services division for gig workers in the US.
- This individual will work closely with the CEO, and will oversee a multi-disciplinary function involving collaboration with marketing, sales, support, and technical teams.
- The role requires a strong understanding of US.
- Markets and Business development, digital marketing, sales, and operations, alongside effective leadership and coordination across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and execute the vision for WBB GigTaxes.
- Act as a primary liaison with the marketing team, leveraging their support while independently driving WBB GigTaxes' brand and marketing strategy.
- Build and lead a dedicated sales team to establish and grow the client base for WBB GigTaxes.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase client acquisition and retention.
- Eventually establish a support team to assist gig worker clients with their tax needs.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team responsible for tax preparation, ensuring high service quality and efficient operations.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and work with the digital marketing team to scale outreach and engagement.
- Lead brand development efforts, with a strong understanding of U cultural nuances and market requirements.
- Engage in multi-disciplinary collaboration across departments to drive seamless operational efficiency and service delivery.
Job Requirements:
- Prior experience in business development, sales, or operational management in the US market.
- Proven ability to work independently on US sales or marketing operations.
- Strong knowledge of US cultural nuances, experience in client communications, and an understanding of US consumer behavior, particularly in the gig economy.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on building positive client relationships and fostering team collaboration.
Workplace & Timings:
- Location: Flexible - options for Work From Home or Hybrid arrangement available.
- However, the first 3 months require on-site presence in Ahmedabad for training and hands-on onboarding.
- Shift Timings: 5:00 pm to 1:30 am.
