Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

I. Develop and execute Financial strategies to support XY Retails growth and expansion goals.

II. Partner with the executive team to drive Financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.

III. Provide strategic recommendations based on Financial analysis, market trends, and growth opportunities.

Financial Operations and Management

I. Oversee Financial operations, including budgeting, accounting, auditing, and reporting.

II. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, corporate policies, and Financial standards in India.

III. Manage cash ow, working capital, and Financial risks to maintain Financial health and operational efficiency.

Business Performance Analysis:

I. Monitor and analyze key Financial metrics to evaluate business performance.

II. Implement Financial dashboards and KPIs to provide insights to stakeholders.

III. Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements without compromising growth.

Fundraising and Investor Relations:

I. Support fundraising activities by preparing Financial models, projections, and investor materials.

II. Build and maintain relationships with investors, auditors, and Financial institutions.

III. Ensure timely and accurate communication of Financial updates to stakeholders and the board. Compliance and

Risk Management

I. Ensure compliance with all Financial and legal requirements, including tax regulations, audits, and reporting. II.

Establish and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent fraud. III. Lead risk assessment

initiatives and develop mitigation strategies. Team Leadership and Development

. Build and lead a high-performing nance team in India.

II. Provide mentorship, training, and growth opportunities for team members.

III. Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills :

1. Proven experience (10+ years) in finance leadership roles, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.

2. Chartered Accountant (CA), MBA in Finance, or equivalent Qualifications. Strong knowledge of Indian Financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.

4. Expertise in Financial modeling, strategic planning, and fundraising.

5. Demonstrated success in leading and scaling finance teams in a fast-paced environment.

6. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

7. Experience with ERP systems, Financial tools, and automation technologies is a plus.
