Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Salary: 100k to 125K (Monthly Gross)

Job Location: Ranchi (Jharkhand)(Need to Cover Entire Jharkhand/Bihar)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Jharkhand and Bihar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building construction products, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in Jharkhand and Bihar

- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, architects, engineers, and contractors

Requirements:

- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing of building construction products

- Proven track record of sales leadership and team management

- Strong knowledge of building construction products and industry trends

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in MS Excel and computer applications

- Ability to travel extensively throughout Jharkhand and Bihar

- Strong geographical knowledge of Jharkhand and Bihar

- Believes in good work culture and daily reporting
