Job Purpose:
To achieve the territory sales target by handling a team and ensuring return on Investment & market share improvement
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Oversee Area sales managers and their staffs
  • Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
  • Identify, recruit and on-board financially strong reliable channel Distributors, resulting in deeper market penetration and reach
  • Advise Trade partners and Dealers on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business
  • Ensure Distributor compliance with Distributor agreements, Distributor profile, and empanelment details
  • Annual Business Planning, Budget Control, Revenue generation
  • Drive marketing activities such as tradeshows, campaigns and other promotional activities.
  • Market Research - Conduct effective and accurate market research and apply this information to increase market share
  • Understand customer needs and suggest changes in products to meet these needs.
  • Provide excellent services and ensure customer satisfaction to build business.
  • Deploy the Sales resources to ensure best ROI
  • Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
  • Achieve Regional Sales Targets in Primary and Secondary with excellent people management skills
  • Collect the outstanding from Trade Partners within the given time
  • Equal sell through of all products including wovens and knits & maintain ideal core products sell through
  • Market Share & SIS Expansion Find new dealer opportunities and increase the number of dealers, SIS counters to ensure market share improvement
  • Influencing & Net working with others for business development
  • Leadership – Ability to build and retain strong teams with exceptional People Management Skills and strong influencing skills
  • Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Complex Problem Solving — Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Computer Skill – Able to use MS Word, Excel & Power point for daily reporting
  • Travelling – Job requires regular travelling to different locations in a given territory
