Job Description: Partnership Manager - GD Connect

About GD Connect:

GD Connect, GyanDhan's community platform, supports study abroad aspirants with resources, expert insights, and peer networks. A core growth initiative is partnering with colleges to host seminars and workshops on studying abroad.

Role Overview:

We're hiring a Partnership Manager to drive partnerships with colleges in Hyderabad. This field-based role involves securing commitments for on-campus sessions and ensuring their smooth execution, with the delivery handled by a separate team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach colleges/universities to pitch GD Connect.

- Persuade decision-makers to host GD Connect sessions and finalize event commitments.

- Act as the primary liaison to ensure all pre-event arrangements are seamless.

- Maintain accurate records of outreach and partnerships.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in business development or field sales.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Location: Hyderabad (field role with potential travel)
