The behavior of the manager here is not right. He does not even pay the salary on time. Or his work should be equal. The manager does not trust his employees. No matter how much work you do, people here still feel that you have done no work. They have not done this. They treat new joiners as if they are giving billions of rupees of business to the company.These people do not think that if there is a new joiner then he needs some time to get set up.They think in this way as if the new joiners are sheep and goats and they are the shepherds who drive them.

Appraisal and Salary structure should be justifiable and should make sense. I was leading their SEO efforts, yet underpaid.

In this company, every month is meeting and work culture is good and getting salary on time.

Team are not supportive, all older employee have a extra ego in there mind, they did not support new joiner and try to refuse there work when fresher need any help.

CMO Aman jain dont know how to talk with new employee he behave like shit they dont focus on employee stability. Hr non supportive you will realise that Hr work for Aman Jain not for gyan dhan. Aman Jain need to learn that how to talk. Hr bhavaya kalra also need a training session for be loyal with organization not for your bosses. When Aman Jain disrespect you when you are only 15 days old in organisation then he have to be ready for that same words and respect he given.
