Job Description :

- We are seeking a Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will play a vital role in expanding our affiliate marketing program and reaching out to potential partners across various channels especially YouTube.

Responsibilities:

1. Influencer Campaign Coordination:

- Assist in planning, executing, and tracking influencer marketing campaigns.

- Coordinate with influencers to ensure timely delivery of campaign deliverables (content, videos, etc.).

- Monitorcampaign performance and prepare post-campaign analysis reports.

2. Influencer Partnership Coordination:

- Draftandprocess agreements for influencer collaborations.

- Ensureall partnership terms and conditions are properly documented and adhered to.

3. Payment Management:

- Trackpartnership deliverables and ensure timely release of payments.

- Coordinate with the finance team to maintain accurate payment records.

4. Communication &Relationship Management:

- Actastheprimary point of contact for influencers, ensuring clear and timely communication.

- Buildandmaintain strong, positive relationships with influencer partners.

- Addressandresolve any queries or concerns from influencers promptly.

5. Administrative Support:

- Maintaindetailed records of influencer activities, agreements, and payments.

- Prepareregular reports on the status of influencer partnerships and campaigns.

- Assist in coordinating influencer campaign schedules and deliverables.
