Job Description

About the role
- Parentune is the #1 and the most used online parenting support by parents in India.We are scouting for a Community Support Expert (CSE). This will be a remote full-time position. The CSE will be responsible to support the community at all times and help them do more for their child every day. This role involves assisting parents, counseling, supporting parents with paid services, providing prompt support, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Desired Profile
- Customer Support Executive will be responsible to support the community at all times and help them do more for their child every day. This role involves assisting parents, counseling, supporting parents with paid services, providing prompt support, and collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Parent Support: Help parents with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Helpdesk: Handle issues and payment discrepancies, connecting with Community Expert and other Parentune Team mates for effective issue resolution.
- Community Engagement: Engage parents through discussions, blogs, and posts, encouraging them to share experiences and insights to help the community.
- Feedback and Testimonials: Receive Parents feedback and garner positive testimonials from parents for parentune.
- Upgrading Members: Counsel parents island suggest them a fitting service on parentune including subscriptions for personalized guidance.
- Collaboration: Work with Community Expert, content and tech teams to identify trending topics and ensure that parentune has helpful content and learning material to meet those needs.

Qualifications :
- Should be a Mother .
- Good Counseling Skills.
- Align with our mission to help parents and create space for conscious parenting larger
- Basic working in EXCEL/Word.
- Quick and Helpful in nature .
- Social media savvy with knowledge of human behavior and engagement.

- This is a full time completely remote job role, you can work from the comfort of your home
