About the job:

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and identify potential clients within a designated territory to generate new leads and opportunities in Air Freight
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, and targeted outreach efforts.
- Conduct thorough research on prospective clients to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to demonstrate the benefits and value of our courier services.
- Collaborate with the operations team to develop tailored solutions that address clients & specific delivery needs.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms with clients, ensuring a win-win scenario for both parties.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and client information in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our services and expand the company & presence in the market.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and managing client relationships.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the sales manager.
Qualifications:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
