Key Responsibilities:.

- Driving sales and expanding the customer base for Domestic Air Freight (Door-to Door) services.

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the market reach in the domestic air freight sector.

- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay informed on industry trends and competitors.

- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through targeted approaches, presentations, and negotiations.

- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring profitability targets are met.

- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to secure deals that align with company objectives.

- Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare regular sales reports, identifying areas for improvement and adjustments in strategy.

- Develop and Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.

- Ensure all sales activities and client interactions are documented and comply with company policies and industry regulations.

- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue and profitability targets.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.

Requirement :

- Strong understanding of the domestic air freight industry and logistics solutions.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, especially in D2D domestic air freight.

- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients Sales and negotiation.

- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales within the logistics, preferably in Domestics air freight (D2D).
