- Happy to present a senior role in International Sales with a fast growing speciality chemical manufacturing company.

NOTE : Candidates currently based in Mumbai with an experience of selling speciality chemicals to personal care / cosmetics/ pharma industry for domestic or international markets may only consider applying for this role.

- Established in 1978, the company has over 45 years of experience in the personal care, and pharmaceutical industry, operating 3 manufacturing facilities in India to meet the growing demands of customers from over 70+ countries world-wide.

- Our client has been a leading solution provider for brands looking to formulate products with high quality ingredients.

- Consistency in quality and reliability of supply chain and distribution network makes them the preferred partner of choice for customers across the globe including various multinationals.

Experience: 7 years - 14 years.

Department : International sales.

Location : Byculla.

Employee size : 350+.

Working days : Monday Friday ( All SaturdayHalf Day ).

About the Role:

- International sales role for the personal care and cosmetic ingredients department you will lead international sales efforts, driving growth in global markets.

- Your primary responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with international clients in US & Europe, and developing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive export sales strategies to penetrate international markets and achieve sales targets.

- Generate leads and identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers from new and existing markets/countries.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities and foster long-term partnerships.

- Visit and actively participate in International/Domestic Exhibitions, Trade fairs, Expos, and Conferences to build and maintain good international/domestic client relationships.

- Develops sales forecasts and controls expenses in line with the budget.

- Lead negotiations with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders to secure profitable contracts and agreements.

- Maintains and builds knowledge of customers' industry products and markets to target opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective delivery of products to international markets.

- Provides on-going support and follow-up to ensure timely shipment of orders and customer satisfaction.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

- Educates clients regarding the company's products and technologies.

- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices, and new business opportunities and maintains extensive business knowledge.
