Regional Sales Manager - Tyres Manufacturing Firm - APAC Region (2-7 yrs)

Opening with a leading Tyres manufacturing company for their office at Delhi

Role : Regional Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Broad JD:

- Establish and drive sales objectives as per annual operating plan and monitor day to day sales activities.

- Manage, review, and publish overall business metrics, analytics, and controls; provide insights to management on short-term and long-term sales forecasts, market trends and new growth opportunities as may be required to enable superior decision making and action.

- Work with the organizational leadership to help co-create & implement specific interventions as may be required.

- Meet the financial objectives and goals by monitoring accounts, cash flow, collections, recoveries, etc.

- Any other responsibilities as may assigned to you from time to time that may be required for the successful commissioning and smooth operations of the Company

- Identifying new markets for dealer expansions, develop and appoint channel partners, identify, and network with reliable dealers & distributors for deeper market penetration.
