Responsibilities:
- Budget and profitability responsibilities.
- Full accountability for sales revenue & profitability for defined key client portfolio.
- Ability to forecast potential sales revenue for key clients.
- Provide accurate sales reports and account analysis.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers to drive profitable growth in line with targets.
- Responsible for driving & growing the home and personal care, fine fragrance category for the business, with attention towards both topline and bottom-line.
- Generate leads and Identify new business opportunities by tapping potential customers in personal care categories.
- Develops sales forecasts.
- Translates customer requirements and manages customer expectations by effective communication with R & D Team and creations teams.
- Maintains and builds knowledge of clients industry, products, competitors and markets to target opportunities.
- Keeps abreast of competitive activities, prices, new business opportunities and maintains extensive business knowledge.
- Responsible for strategic planning to increase market reach and grow the business.
- Promote differentiated value based offerings in the market keeping in mind customer's needs, changing market landscape, value proposition, cost to serve and customer's willingness to pay.
- Responsible for relationship building at the highest levels within the region.
- Manage current relationships and future business opportunities.
- Develop excellent relationship with internal and external clients to execute commercial strategy.
- Be a competent partner internally & externally - an expert for the relevant fragrance market in joint brainstorming sessions and workshops with clients.
- Establish and execute compelling account plans for key customers in the portfolio.
- Identify business development opportunities for integration into regional and global strategy.
