Job Description: Bulk Hiring Recruiter / HR Executive for Corporate

Position Title: Executive HR / Recruiter
Department: Human Resources

Location: Noida- Pacific Access Healthcare

Job Type: Full-time/ 5 Days working / WFO

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bulk Hiring Recruiter to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and attract top talent for various roles across the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the company's talent acquisition strategy, ensuring that recruitment needs are met efficiently and effectively within tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute bulk hiring strategies to meet the organization's staffing needs, particularly for high-volume, entry-level, and hourly roles.
  • Job Postings: Create and manage job postings across multiple job boards, recruitment platforms, and social media channels to attract a large pool of candidates.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize diverse sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, internal databases, referrals, and partnerships with recruitment agencies) to attract a large number of candidates.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers for shortlisting candidates.
  • Coordination & Scheduling: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and transparent communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Maintain candidate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure accurate and timely data entry for reporting and compliance purposes.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand recruitment needs, timelines, and specific job requirements.
  • Offer Management: Extend offers to selected candidates, negotiate salary and terms, and coordinate the onboarding process.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and optimize the bulk hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly address issues and resolve challenges in the recruitment process while maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Detail-Oriented: Attention to detail in reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate data accurately.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including HR, hiring managers, and department leaders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
