Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Event Management Executive to plan, coordinate, and execute successful events. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for event planning, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, and social gatherings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, budgets, and requirements.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and transportation.
• Develop event timelines, schedules, and task lists.
• Oversee event setup, branding, and on-site coordination.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and insurance regulations.
• Handle budgeting and cost control to maximize event efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate event success, collecting feedback for improvements.
• Assist in event marketing, promotions, and social media campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• years of experience in event planning and execution.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in event management software/tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel and work outside regular office hours as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in corporate event planning or large-scale events.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and digital promotions.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
