Executive Assistant

Role & responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative support to management, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Handle personal assignments for management, including travel coordination, document management, and task execution.
• Draft and manage official communications, including emails, reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings and record minutes for follow-up actions.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders for seamless coordination.
• Oversee travel arrangement planning for business and personal commitments.
• Execute time-sensitive tasks, ensuring prompt resolution of assigned responsibilities.
• Perform general administrative duties to support the office's operational efficiency.
• Travel locally as required for business-related tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Willingness to travel for work-related assignments.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
