Hiring For HR MIS Executive

Pacific is hiring for HR MIS Executive:

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, engagement, compensation, attrition and retention.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership, HR, and other business units.
• Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and patterns in employee data.

People Metrics & Insights:

• Measure and track key HR metrics to provide insights into workforce trends and business outcomes.
• Work closely with HR teams to collect and analyze the data and ensure data-driven decisions in areas such as talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management.

Predictive Analytics & Modeling:

• Build predictive models to anticipate workforce trends and potential issues related to employee performance, engagement, and retention.
• Provide recommendations based on predictive analysis to enhance HR decision-making.

Functional Collaboration:

• Work  closely with HR, to integrate data from multiple systems for comprehensive analysis.
• Present findings and data-driven recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.
• Continuously improve data collection processes, reporting standards, and analytical techniques.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Any Graduate
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR MIS.
• Experience in generating HR-related reports and data analysis is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, charts, and advanced functions).
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
