Salary: ₹7.5 LPA (including a 20% variable component)
Additional Benefits:

Role Overview: We are looking for a Demand Manager to help expand OYOs footprint in Ahmedabad. This field-based role will require you to drive sales, onboard new clients, build strong partnerships, and ensure revenue generation across multiple accounts. You will be actively involved in engaging with clients, closing deals, and tracking performance while on the move!

What Youll Be Doing:

• Sales & Networking: Drive off-line sales by making cold calls and meeting potential clients and corporates to sell OYO's offerings.
• Onboarding & Partnership Development: Build and nurture a network of channel partners to drive demand and support business growth.
• Tailored Sales Pitches: Understand client requirements and pitch OYOs portfolio accordingly to close deals.
• End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales process from onboarding clients to closing deals and ensuring long-term retention.
• Market Research: Conduct periodic market analysis to discover new demand avenues, gather competitor insights, and generate new prospects.
• Track & Report Performance: Maintain monthly sales trackers, ensure timely collections, and achieve revenue targets for active accounts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Occupancy Growth (URN): Achieve month-on-month occupancy growth.
• Client Account Management: Pulse client accounts to ensure strong relationships and repeat business.
• Revenue Generation: Consistently meet sales targets for active accounts.

What Were Looking For:

• Experience: 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales (hospitality and travel industry experience is a plus).
• Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and analytical skills. Ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Sales Mindset: Passionate about achieving targets and driving business growth.
