Regional Business Manager - CF
Position Reports To- VP Consumer Finance and Retail Operations
Job Location- Hyderabad
Brief Summary
As a Regional Business Manager in Consumer Finance, you'll be steering the ship, overseeing the efforts of Area Business Managers and ensuring that the broader strategies align seamlessly with the on-the-ground execution. Your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Provide strategic direction and oversight to a team of Area Business Managers to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Work hand in hand along with Retail RBM to drive overall business objectives and seamless coordination.
3. Recruitment of Area Business Managers (ABM) and Store Managers (SM) in collaboration with the Retail RBM.
4. Analyze regional performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
5. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Area Business Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
6. Conduct regular performance reviews and planning sessions to drive continuous improvement and goal attainment.
7. Review performance of staff and provide valuable input regarding performance concerns related to scheme enrollment business to take corrective actions.
8. Offer insights and recommendations on new schemes, ensuring they are effective and tailored to regional market trends.
9. Coordinate with Area Business Managers to implement and monitor scheme enrollments across the region.
10. Conduct in-depth market research to stay abreast of consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
11. Strategically plan and execute sales events, leveraging regional insights to maximize impact.
12. Oversee the resolution of Level 1 queries, ensuring adherence to SOPs and timely, satisfactory responses to customer inquiries.
13. Conduct interviews for hiring key positions, ensuring the selection of skilled professionals aligned with organizational goals.
14. Foster the professional development of the team, identifying training needs and providing guidance for career growth.
15. Maintain open lines of communication with Store Managers, fostering effective coordination and feedback loops.
16. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of strategies and initiatives.
Desired Skills
1. Accumulate a proven track record of 8-10 years in sales or consumer finance, demonstrating consistent achievement and surpassing targets.
2. Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
