Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets through effective customer management, sales planning, and forecasting.
  
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive business growth and increase market share.
  
• Identify new opportunities for revenue generation by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans for regional expansion and improve operational efficiency.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize performance metrics such as conversion rates, conversion rate, budget utilization.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-15 years of experience in B2B sales or related field with a proven track record of achieving target achievements.
• Should have a experience in Cardio-Diabetic division.
• Strong understanding of Sales Planning, Customer Management, Team Building, Revenue Generation, Sales Forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
