Job Summary:

The Key Operations Manager at OrangeMantra will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of operational strategies, delivering superior client experiences, and optimizing processes to support the companys digital transformation services. The role demands a strong focus on operational excellence, team leadership, and alignment with the organization’s strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Excellence:
• Develop, implement, and refine operational frameworks tailored to OrangeMantra’s service offerings, including digital transformation, application development, and IT consulting.
• Monitor and enhance service delivery processes to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Define and track KPIs to measure performance across projects and teams.
2. Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Foster a collaborative environment to drive innovation and productivity.
• Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on the latest tools and methodologies.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management:
• Act as the operational point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, delivery, and technical teams to align client needs with service capabilities.
• Drive issue resolution and proactively address potential challenges.
4. Resource Management:
• Oversee the allocation of resources, including tools, technologies, and personnel, to ensure project success.
• Plan and forecast resource requirements based on project pipelines and business growth.
5. Process Optimization:
• Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvement initiatives using methodologies like Agile, ITIL, or Six Sigma.
• Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into operational workflows.
6. Compliance & Risk Management:
• Ensure adherence to compliance standards relevant to IT services and data security.
• Mitigate operational risks by implementing robust monitoring and control mechanisms.
7. Financial Oversight:
• Manage operational budgets, optimizing costs without compromising service quality.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance, cost metrics, and ROI.
