Delivery Manager

As a Delivery Manager specializing in IT development projects, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of various web development, app development initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, quality assurance specialists, and stakeholders, to drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment with project goals.

Team Management:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and expertise.
• Provide guidance and support to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to high performance.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of deliverables.
• Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and quality benchmarks.

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and inquiries.
• Manage client expectations and communicate project updates and milestones effectively.
• Collaborate with clients to gather feedback and incorporate it into project planning and execution.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to web development.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
• Implement strategies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience of min 8+ years in project management, specifically in web development projects handling multiple projects at time.
• Strong understanding of web development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

It's a Work From Office Oppourtunity for Gurgaon Location. Software development Industry exp. is mandatory for this role.
