Sr. PHP Laravel Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a PHP Laravel Lead Developer with 5+ years of experience in PHP, Laravel, and database management. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, the ability to lead a team, and a passion for developing scalable web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain high-quality web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Architect & design scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Optimize & enhance database performance, queries, and indexing.
• Lead & mentor a team of developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, DevOps, Product, QA) to deliver projects on time.
• Write clean, secure, and well-documented code following best coding practices.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and enforce development standards.
• Integrate APIs & third-party services and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Stay updated with the latest Laravel, PHP, and database trends and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB with experience in query optimization.
• Expertise in RESTful APIs, authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth), and third-party integrations.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture and design patterns.
• Proficiency in version control (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (Vue.js, React, or Angular is a plus).
• Experience with caching mechanisms (Redis, Memcached) and queuing systems (RabbitMQ, Laravel Queues).
• Good knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance issues.
