Job description -

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Node.js to spearhead the development of cutting-edge, scalable applications. This role demands a proactive leader proficient in Node.js, capable of guiding a team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Architect and develop complex applications using Node.js, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions.
• Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices within the development team.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrate them into projects to enhance performance and maintainability.

Project Management:

• Collaborate with project managers to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain high code quality.

Client Interaction:

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Present technical solutions to clients and incorporate their feedback into the development process.

Required Skills and Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Extensive experience with Node.js and related frameworks.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
• Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of cloud services and deployment strategies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with a significant focus on Node.js.
