The Presales Specialist will be working with the Solutions Team and will be responsible for understanding the client requirements, building presentations and documentation, and presenting the product offerings in the best light to prospects and customers.
To accomplish this, the Presales Specialist must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and presentation skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, work with the team and configure, and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the overall Opkey portfolio and the competitive landscape
Lead technical discovery and prepare/deliver technical presentations explaining Opkey to prospects and customers
Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
Successfully manage and execute technical proof of concepts (POCs)
Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
Participate in all appropriate product, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position.
Convey feature input and customer requirements to Product Management teams
Partnering with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
Respond to technical objections and articulate the value and return on investment delivered
Required Skills
5+ years of Presales sales engineering, Engineering / Solutions Engineering or just strong ERP/IT Saas Industry experience
Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
Understanding of high-performance software, SaaS
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills to communicate professionally
Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.
Ability to work we'll in a highly dynamic team environment focused on providing above industry standard customer service.
Ability to take up/ participate in demos late in the night quite frequently, as most of our clients are in the US.
