Executive - Human Resource

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Executive to manage and enhance our recruitment processes while providing

data-driven insights for improving our recruitment process. The ideal candidate will play a dual role by handling

core recruitment activities and supporting HR analysis, reporting, and process optimization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• candidates.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and specifications in collaboration with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment
• agencies.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates fit for the organization and job role.
• Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Handle offer negotiations and ensure a smooth pre-joining and onboarding process.
• Collect and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates).
• Provide insights into hiring trends, workforce planning, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Prepare regular reports for HR leadership on recruitment efficiency and workforce data.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve retention strategies through data insights

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in tools like MS Office Suite and HRMS (e.g., Keka).
• Certification in HR Analytics (optional but preferred).

Experience

• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a Human Resource role with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.

Education

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in HR analytics, HRMS, or any HR-related field (preferred).
