HR Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to support HR functions, data analysis, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will assist in workforce planning, HR analytics, process optimization, and compliance tracking to improve overall efficiency and employee experience.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing HR metrics, trends, and reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy in employee records and reporting.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback analysis.
• Assist in payroll processing, compensation analysis, and benefits administration.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to streamline HR processes and automation.
• Support performance management cycles, training programs, and career development initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and data analytics tools.
• Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka, etc.)
• Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
• Basic understanding of workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in HR analysis, HR operations, or a similar role.

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
