Learning & Development Associate

Job Overview

Looking for a skilled trainer to develop and deliver training programs for our email marketing team. The trainer will be responsible for equipping employees with the knowledge and skills necessary to optimize email campaigns, enhance engagement, and improve overall performance. This role requires a blend of instructional expertise, industry knowledge, and hands-on experience in email marketing strategies and tools.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Training Development Delivery:

• Design and conduct interactive training sessions on various best practices, tools, and strategies.
• Develop onboarding programs for different teams like new hires, existing personnel, and nonoperational departments
• Providing training on compliance, regulations, and procedures to ensure correct and ethical practices are deployed

Content Creation Learning Materials:

• Develop training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, SOPs, and tutorials
• Create case studies and real-world examples to enhance practical learning
• Keep training content updated with the latest email marketing trends and innovations

Coaching Support:

• Conduct follow-up coaching sessions to reinforce training and address individual challenges
• Work closely with various teams to identify skill gaps and tailor training programs accordingly
• Offer feedback and performance improvement strategies to employees post-training

Performance Evaluation:

• Gather feedback from trainees and managers to enhance training programs
• Analyze training impact on email marketing performance metrics and recommend improvements

Experience

Preferred Experience:

• A bachelor s degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Training, Email Marketing, or a Digital Marketing role
• Prior experience as a trainer, facilitator, or coach in a corporate setting

Soft Skills:

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• The ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
• Strong analytical skills to assess training effectiveness
• Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in relevant training methodologies like Train The Trainer, Communication Skills, MBTI
• Familiarity with AI-powered email marketing tools and emerging trends

Education

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A Master s degree or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
