Digital Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Plan and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
• Oversee social media accounts and drive engagement through content creation, paid promotions, and community interactions.
• Optimize website and landing pages for conversions and search engine rankings.
• Analyze and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation platforms.
• Manage online advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending for maximum ROI.
• Coordinate with the design and development team for creative requirements, website updates, and campaign assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Develop and manage partnerships with influencers, affiliate marketers, and third-party agencies.
• Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign execution and reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in digital marketing, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Proficiency in content marketing, email campaigns, and performance tracking tools.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and conversion-driven campaigns.
• Knowledge of e-commerce marketing and Shopify (preferred but not mandatory).
