We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our team. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for all aspects of sourcing, screening and hiring of IT and Non IT professionals to fill technical positions. You will need to possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for both technical and non-technical roles, from initial job posting to offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, define role requirements, and understand departmental hiring needs.
Use a variety of sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract and engage qualified candidates.
Screen and evaluate candidate applications, conduct interviews, and provide recommendations based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication, feedback, and a positive impression of the organization.
Negotiate offers, manage salary discussions, and provide offer recommendations to hiring managers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Track and analyse recruitment metrics to continuously improve hiring strategies and outcomes.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior recruiters and contribute to the development of the recruitment function.
Work closely with HR and leadership teams to monitor employee satisfaction and retention trends, helping to design and implement initiatives that improve long-term employee engagement and reduce turnover.
Partner with internal teams to support employee engagement initiatives, helping to create a positive work environment and strengthen company culture.
Support onboarding efforts by ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and fostering positive relationships from day one.
Proactively identify and engage passive talent for future hiring needs and support workforce planning efforts.
Contribute to employee development strategies by collaborating on programs and initiatives that encourage career growth and retention.
Help create and manage employee referral programs, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality candidates from existing employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
Experience recruiting for specialized or niche roles.
Familiarity with diversity and inclusion recruitment strategies.
Knowledge of employee engagement platforms or retention tools.
