Your Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Oversee the HR recruitment process, identifying and onboarding top talent like Junior Advocates and legal researchers.
- Design strategies to attract and retain employees in a competitive legal environment.
- Minimize average vacancy filling time and turnover with efficient hiring processes.
HR Operations & Administration
- Manage payroll with advanced tools like HR admin software, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain detailed employee documentation and oversee smooth HR operations.
- Prepare analytical reports on HR metrics, including retention rates, cost per hire, and employee turnover.
Employee Development & Relations
- Develop training, induction, and professional growth programs to enhance team performance.
- Address grievances with professionalism, fostering a positive and harmonious workplace.
- Monitor and improve employee satisfaction through consistent evaluations and appraisals.
