Qualifications & Experience Required:
Educational Qualifications:
A Law Degree (LL.B.) from a recognized university in India.
Enrolment with Bar Council of India and eligibility to practice in courts.
Experience & Skills Required:
For Freshers: Strong legal acumen, research capabilities, and excellent drafting skills.
For Experienced Advocates: 1-3 years of experience in legal drafting, legal research, litigation, or Supreme Court/High Court practice.
Exceptional Legal Research Skills - Ability to analyze judgments, case laws, and legal precedents.
