Job Description

  • Source, screen, and hire faculty, trainers, and administrative staff.
  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for hiring decisions.
  • Manage onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.
  • Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
  • Organize team-building activities, workshops, and employee engagement programs.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Handle payroll coordination and benefits administration.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback mechanisms.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Work closely with trainers to assess and improve teaching effectiveness.



    Requirements
  • Bacheloror Masterdegree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the EdTech or education sector .
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance regulations .
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, Microsoft Office, and ATS platforms .
