Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Management: Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify top talent.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
• Manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.
• Conduct regular employee engagement activities, such as surveys, pulse checks, and team-building exercises.
• Implement employee recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
• Process payroll accurately and timely.
• Manage employee leaves
• HR Operations: Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
• Generate HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
• Manage HRIS systems and other HR tools.
• Strategic HR: Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
• Drive initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
