Human Resource Manager

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee Talent Acquisition and HR Operations, ensuring the seamless execution of recruitment strategies and HR processes. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent while streamlining HR functions to support business objectives.

Talent Acquisition:

• Develop and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various functions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels, including job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and negotiate job offers to ensure competitive compensation structures.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
• Manage campus hiring programs and establish partnerships with universities for fresh talent acquisition.
• Implement diversity hiring initiatives to promote an inclusive workforce.

HR Operations:

• Oversee employee onboarding and induction programs, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.
• Manage and streamline HR systems and HRIS software for accurate employee data management.
• Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).
• Implement and drive performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback mechanisms.
• Develop employee engagement programs to enhance retention, motivation, and workplace satisfaction.
• Address and resolve employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and workplace conflicts through effective HR interventions.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends to drive retention strategies.
• Ensure HR analytics and reporting on key HR metrics such as hiring turnaround time, attrition rate, employee engagement scores, and training effectiveness.

Learning & Development:

• Identify training needs and collaborate with department heads to design and implement learning & development programs.
• Organize HR workshops, leadership development programs, and soft skills training to upskill employees.

Compliance & Employee Relations:

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
• Stay updated with changes in HR regulations and implement necessary updates in policies.
• Promote a healthy workplace culture and drive HR initiatives for employee well-being.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
• Proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
• Strong knowledge of HR software, payroll systems, and HR analytics tools.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR functions effectively.
• Experience in performance management and organizational development is a plus.
