Human Resource Intern

Job Role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for developing a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
• Maintain employee records and assist with updating the HR database.
• Assist in preparing and distributing employee communication materials.
• Help with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Assist with training and development programs by preparing materials and tracking employee participation.
• Provide support in processing employee benefits and payroll.
• Assist in conducting employee surveys and gathering feedback to improve workplace culture.
• Perform general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and preparing reports.
• Participate in various HR projects as needed.
