Job Title: HR Executive (Support Role to HR Manager)

Job Summary :

We are looking for an HR Executive to support the HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and maintaining HR records.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and documentation processes.

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs.

Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Handle employee queries and provide support for grievance resolution.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR or related field (MBA preferred).

1–2 years of HR experience.

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes.
