Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, machine learning, and programming, with the ability to design, implement, and optimize machine learning systems. You will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions, conducting experiments, and contributing to the advancement of our AI-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study and transform data science prototypes into production-ready systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning systems tailored to business needs.
• Research and implement appropriate ML algorithms, models, and tools.
• Develop end-to-end machine learning applications according to project requirements.
• Select suitable datasets and data representation methods to optimize performance.
• Conduct rigorous machine learning tests, experiments, and performance evaluations.
• Perform statistical analysis, interpret test results, and fine-tune models for accuracy and efficiency.
• Train, retrain, and maintain machine learning systems to ensure consistent performance.
• Extend existing ML libraries and frameworks to meet project-specific demands.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing machine learning solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization techniques.
• Experience with statistical analysis and evaluation metrics.
• Solid knowledge of algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP) is a plus.
• Problem-solving aptitude with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
