Requirements - Bachelordegree in education, psychology, or a related field (Masterpreferred)
- Experience in student support, advising, counselling, or related roles in education
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse groups
- Knowledge of academic advising principles and student development theory
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student information systems
