Lend A Hand India, serving as the Lead Knowledge Partner to the Delhi Board of School Education, seeks a dedicated professional to manage vertical mobility interventions for Grade12 students. The role involves mapping students interests, mentoring them through applications to higher education institutions and employers, onboarding them into opportunities, and engaging with students and parents through activities such as home visits when necessary. This position requires extensive coordination, operational oversight, and active engagement with diverse stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes for students.

Responsibilities:
Design & Planning:
\u25CF Conduct research and proactively engage with potential employers and institutions to
facilitate student onboarding.
\u25CF Plan and organize mentoring and counseling sessions tailored to the target audiences
needs.
\u25CF Guide and support the team in planning and implementing individualized student
interventions.
\u25CF Develop and maintain a comprehensive tracker for each student to monitor their
onboarding into preferred areas of interest.
Coordination & Implementation:
\u25CF Regularly coordinate with students, teachers, and parents to ensure effective
engagement and progress.
\u25CF Build and maintain productive relationships with higher education institutions, industries,
and stakeholders to create opportunities for students.
Program Management:
\u25CF Supervise a team of Specialized Resource Persons responsible for teaching students,
ensuring regular monitoring, follow-ups, and task delegation.
\u25CF Foster partnerships with institutions and employers for successful student onboarding.
\u25CF Document program activities and prepare detailed reports on the progress and impact of
the interventions.
Communication & Decision-Making:
\u25CF Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders and provide monthly progress
updates to the manager.
\u25CF Make informed decisions on-field to address critical needs and improve program
outcomes
Requirements
\u25CF Educational Qualification: Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in education, social work, or a
related discipline.
\u25CF Experience: Minimum of 3 years in program coordination, with a strong preference for
candidates experienced in career counseling or the education sector.
\u25CF Technical Skills: Proficiency in designing student surveys, creating questionnaires,
conducting focus group discussions (FGDs), and mapping career progression is highly
desirable.
\u25CF Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively in
a fast-paced environment.
\u25CF Field Experience: Hands-on experience in planning and conducting field visits.
\u25CF Documentation and Monitoring: Strong skills in documentation, tracking, and monitoring
