Human Resource Executive - Intern

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting screening interviews, and coordinating hiring activities.
  
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming introduction to the company.
  
• Help organize training development initiatives for employees.
  
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  
• Contribute to the maintenance of HR records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Provide support in handling employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelors or Masters program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  
• A strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and confidentiality.
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a positive, can-do attitude.
