Job Summary:

The HR Executive is responsible for supporting the HR department in various functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and overall employee lifecycle management. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and organizational skills, along with a keen understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Assist in job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and help in scheduling meetings between candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist with the preparation of job offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
• Ensure smooth and efficient onboarding process for new hires.
2. Employee Relations:
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, etc.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist in resolving conflicts or issues related to workplace behavior, performance, or interpersonal dynamics.
3. Performance Management:
• Support the performance review process, including scheduling and tracking employee evaluations.
• Maintain and update performance management records in the HR system.
4. HR Administration:
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Prepare and process payroll in coordination with the payroll department.
• Assist in maintaining HR-related databases, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
5. Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure all HR processes comply with local labour laws and company policies.
• Maintain and update HR documentation such as employee handbooks, contracts, and policies.
• Assist in organizing employee training programs and compliance initiatives.
6. Reporting & Analytics:
• Assist in generating HR reports on employee metrics, turnover, recruitment, etc.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports related to HR activities for senior management.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3-4 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
• Knowledge:Understanding of labour laws, HR processes, and best practices.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with HR software (HRIS) is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
